This is my Ambrotype from the 1860's.

It is a photo on glass.

It was sent to me by my Great Auntie in the 1980's.

With help from some people at Rootschat (Rootsweb) they have enhanced digitally the photo.

Being an Ambrotype the image actually has to be seen in reverse.
